Welcome to JaneLynn Creative. By accessing this website or purchasing from this shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this website or placing an order.
1. General Use
This website is owned and operated by JaneLynn Creative. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JaneLynn Creative. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Products and Services
JaneLynn Creative offers handmade and custom items, which may include laser engraved items, laser cut items, resin jewelry, signs, stickers, magnets, apparel, and other creative goods.
Because many products are handmade, made to order, or created using natural materials such as wood and resin, slight variations in color, grain, texture, finish, shape, and appearance may occur. These natural and handmade variations are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor, phone, or screen settings.
3. Custom and Personalized Orders
JaneLynn Creative offers custom and personalized work based on customer requests.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for all custom orders, including names, dates, spelling, wording, sizes, design requests, and any uploaded images or references.
We reserve the right to decline any custom order request for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, poor image quality, copyright concerns, or requests beyond our current production capabilities.
4. Proofs, Estimates, and Revisions
Written estimates are available for custom work.
Custom design proofs are available for a non-refundable $20 proof fee. This fee includes up to 3 revisions. If the customer moves forward with the purchase, the $20 proof fee will be applied toward the final cost of the item.
Additional revisions beyond the first 3 may be subject to extra design charges.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval, including spelling, names, dates, wording, layout, sizing, and design details. Once a proof is approved, JaneLynn Creative is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Production on custom work will begin only after final approval and required payment have been received.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before an order is completed and shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain custom orders, a deposit or full prepayment may be required before design or production begins.
JaneLynn Creative reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Production and Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the type of item ordered, current workload, customization needs, and material availability.
Estimated processing times are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Production time for custom orders begins only after all details have been finalized, the proof has been approved if applicable, and payment has been received.
Optional add-ons or upgrades, including but not limited to lamination, magnets, customization, or special finishes, may increase production time.
7. Shipping
JaneLynn Creative currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by JaneLynn Creative. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, routing issues, or other events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. JaneLynn Creative is not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package resent.
8. Local Delivery
JaneLynn Creative may offer free or paid local delivery within a specified service area. Delivery availability, distance limits, fees, and delivery schedules may vary.
Customers choosing local delivery must provide accurate delivery information and ensure reasonable access to the delivery location.
JaneLynn Creative is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, inaccessible delivery locations, or lack of customer response.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error in the order.
For non-custom items, return or exchange requests may be considered at our sole discretion. Any approved return must be requested within [insert number] days of delivery and the item must be returned in unused, original condition.

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.
11. Handmade and Natural Material Disclaimer
Many JaneLynn Creative items are made by hand and/or from natural materials. Slight imperfections, air bubbles in resin, minor variations in engraving, differences in wood grain, small finish variations, and other natural characteristics may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, graphics, logos, branding, text, descriptions, and original artwork, is the property of JaneLynn Creative and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Customers submitting photos, artwork, logos, or text for custom work confirm that they have the legal right to use those materials. JaneLynn Creative is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or usage violations arising from customer-provided content.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on the intellectual property rights of another person or business.
13. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using purchased items properly and safely.
JaneLynn Creative is not liable for damages, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification, or unintended use of any product.
Some handmade items may not be suitable for small children. Customers are responsible for determining whether an item is appropriate for its intended use.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JaneLynn Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, delays in fulfillment, shipping issues, or inability to use a product.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or order.
